Unusual uses for stoves

We recently serviced a stove / chimney, repairing a problem the client was having with condensation. This was a particularly enjoyable meeting, as the client was using the stove as a heater for an exotic bird avery. We managed to repair the problem, by sealing the inner tube, thus preventing the water from dripping down.

I was surprised to learn how much heat our client could get from such a tiny stove and with such a small amount of wood...

Stoves can be a good source of heat for a room and they can also provide a touch of style and character to a room. They can be centre-piece to a room, or just their to add extra heat, to an otherwise chilly out-house...
